The most famous building in Chrishall, even if Martinholme is the most imposing architecturally. The Red Cow is believed to date from at least Norman times.

 

It closed for several months in early 2007 but new owners Chris and Alice Cozens refurbished the pub and reopened it on the 9th June 2007.
