the longer term
The size and scope of our programme and the number of enrolments grew considerably in the 1990s, but since then they have been greatly affected by an adult education 'winter' with its marked reduction in funding (and consequent large fee increases) together with restrictions that were imposed for a time on the number of courses we could offer:
