The Hall and Cinema are run entirely by volunteers, both during the opening times of the cinema, live events and at Trustee level.

Without volunteers, the Hall would PERMANENTLY close with no cinema and no live events from this Hall. Volunteers are therefore precious to us as they hardly ever get thanked by "joe public" for what they do, and are sometimes abused by parents and children alike who have no respect for anybody, but nonetheless still wish to attend showings.

We are desperately seeking new volunteers that can spare a few hours a week to staff events and to help clean up. It can be a thankless job, but without those very few volunteers, the Hall would close.
