Sir Joshua stands with brush in hand,
Arrayed in breeches, greatcoat, wig;
Dreaming of masterpieces grand,
Of stocks and shares, of business big.

Here's Primrose Hill, my ever-open park.
Stand here, just where these five proud plane-trees are
The clear blue twilight shades from light to dark,
And that is Hesperis, the evening star.
